Peterson StrobeStomp Mini Tuner

When setting out to design the Peterson StroboStomp Mini tuner, the company felt there could be no concessions in StroboStomp Mini. So you will find everything you love about StroboStomp HD right there in the StroboStomp Mini tuner: pop-less true bypass, pure buffer, always-on Monitor Mode, transposition, adjustable concert A reference. However, Peterson have added a few new features like Power Up Mute State. The only thing it doesn’t have that the StroboStomp HD does is the useful power through socket, or battery operation.

This compact tuner really is everything you need in a pedal tuner just shrunk down to less than half the size of StroboStomp HD.

The Peterson StroboStomp Mini has a high-definition LCD screen that allows you to choose a colour LED backlight to suit you and your surroundings.

The vibrant screen colours can also be assigned to stock or user presets to significantly reduce menu navigation time and increase on-stage tuning confidence at the gig. 

The Peterson StroboStomp Mini also includes a buffered output operation mode that can be engaged as and when you want. It is designed to boost instrument drive to overcome potential tone loss in signal chains that incorporate multiple low-impedance guitar pedals or those that utilize long cable runs with the associated ‘tone-suck’. The buffered output preserves sonic quality all through the instrument range.

And then of course there is this: the StroboStomp Mini, just like it’s bigger sibling, features over 80 exclusive ‘Sweetened’ Tunings as well as numbered guided tuning presets for a large variety of instruments and playing styles.

This is what Peterson are known for and the Sweetened Tunings are exclusive to Peterson tuning products. They help correct inherent tuning issues exhibited by many instruments.

The new “Guided Tunings” mode allows the StroboStomp Mini to display numeric string values instead of traditional note names making for sure-fire intuitive and rapid re-tuning to any number of open and alternative tunings. The Guided Tuning mode was instituted for beginners who want to experiment with popular alternate tunings in addition to experienced players who employ multiple tunings in rapid succession. Numerically expressed scales are also included.
