Delivery. All deliveries are FREE to UK addresses when the order values is £50 or over. For orders under £50 we change £5.95 for delivery.
Please Note: We deliver to UK Mainland, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
For any first time orders, we can only ship to the billing address of the credit or debit card holder. For subsequent orders, we can ship to an alternative address if paid by credit or debit card. For Paypal Orders, we can only deliver to a verified address that is confirmed in Paypal.
Most orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. This means you will get notification of delivery times/dates from them and know where your delivery is once it’s left us.
If you are not ‘in’ to receive the item, our couriers will attempt to redeliver at a different date and time a number of times.
All of our packaging materials are chosen to minimise the environmental impact upon our planet. We also chose our delivery partners based on their environmental pledges and efforts. None of it is perfect but we’re keeping an eye on it and will improve it where we can.
When we began Moji Music, one of the first priorities was to minimise the environmental impact of our activities on our planet as much as possible. And importantly this doesn’t just mean you have to pay more, instead we just absorb any extra costs because it’s what we want to do. It’s how we want to run our business.
Further, all our electrical energy is sourced from 100% renewable sources. We have chosen to use Octopus Energy to supply our power as they seem committed to a greener future. Of course, we will keep an eye on those promises. While we don’t think Octopus will go back on anything, we don’t entirely trust others to get it right all the time, so if other suppliers do better we’ll look at them at some point as well.
