Moji Returns Policy

Please do contact us if you need any help with your returns or our returns policy. We’re a smaller company and pride ourselves on our personal service. There are some things you should be made aware of below, but if you have any questions please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help you out.

If you feel there may be an issue with your product, again please contact us first and we may be able to solve the issue with you. Anyway, onto the detail stuff…

Returns

Our returns policy give you 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact us by email to arrange return of your item. Good returns address: Caffeine Creative Ltd T/A Moji Music, The Studio, 25 Millbrook Heights, Dinas Powys, CF64 4JJ (address is for Correspondence and Returns only). Once you’ve contact us you have another 14 days to send the goods back to us. We need to state the following very clearly, while we are happy to do this but, your item MUST be in brand new, mint condition with full packaging intact, otherwise we may have to charge you a restocking fee (contact us for details) or we may refuse the return entirely if the item is not as above or is missing any labels or booklets etc. If we decide to take back goods that are not 100% mint, and we choose to apply a re-stocking fee, then that will be variable based on condition.

If your item is unwanted please let us know and then you will need to arrange delivery back to us at your own cost and (possible) we may charge refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee as laid out above. If there is a direct alternative or equivalent you’d like instead, just let us know and we can help arrange it. We are here to help you so please do contact us if in any doubt.

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you make a return in this case, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the relevant delivery costs.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process once we have received your item back and depending on your payment type. Though we do occasionally shut down for holidays so please do check BEFORE you arrange your return as this may delay receipt of the goods or the refund.

You may refuse delivery when the courier arrives with your parcel, but if the reason for the return is preferential you will be charged for the return journey. This will normally be deducted from your refund.

If there is another reason for the return (previous problem with a delivery etc) there may be no charge for the return, but please let us know beforehand so we can advise on whether this is the best method to return your order.

None of the information in our returns policy affects your statutory rights.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they’re packed up well and can’t get damaged on the way back. Because the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we ask that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return at any time.

To hopefully make your life simpler, we test all our products before they are sent out. We test for all functions and test any power supplies included. If in the unlikely event the goods are faulty then please contact us immediately and we will help rectify the issue. Sometimes the issue is not the item so we are here to help you, please make use of this option. If the faulty item is returned and we find it to be working correctly we will ship the item back to you at your cost, so please do contact us and chat this through first.

If the item turns out to be faulty, we will replace the goods if they are in stock; arrange a repair (if older than 30 calendar days) or refund or re-credit you the price.

If good arrive damaged or defective, you have 7 days to notify us of such via email.

We guarantee our goods to be free from material defects for 12 months from the date of supply (or 90 days in the case of used goods), save where we inform you otherwise or if the goods sold are consumables. Some manufacturers offer their own warranty also, so please avail yourself of these offers where applicable.

We will not be liable in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage or negligence by you or persons using the Goods, failure to follow our or manufacturer instructions (whether oral or in writing), or misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without the our approval. We reserve the right to test any alleged defects to ascertain whether there is a valid warranty claim.

So check those power connections are correct before you switch it on! Polarity is the big one!!!!
